While on our way to the local comic book store to pursue the collection of classics, mangas and trading cards; our noses were immediately lifted to the aroma of roasting Hatch green chile.
Oh how we love this smell.........
The amazing aroma always means that 'autumn is just around the corner'.
This is a fantastic fragrance to savor whether you're a chile eater or not.

We now have a huge craving for a roasted Hatch green chile wrapped in a homemade tortilla with a schmear of cream cheese and a tall glass of ice cold watermelon agua fresca.
